Hexa Kimono Cardigan

A stylish kimono-style cardigan, Hexa’s simple construction and customizable design make it great for both advanced beginners ready to try their first garment and experienced crocheters alike. Single-strand, unspun Icelandic Plötulopi makes it soft, light and warm.

NOTES

The cardigan is worked in the round as two hexagons joined at centre back and across the sleeves, and finished with post-stitch ribbing. An optional belt is worked separately.

  • 4 (4, 4, 5, 5) plates Ístex Plötulopi or similar worsted weight yarn
    • 1 plate = 3.5 oz/328 yds (100 g/300 m)
    • 100% wool, unspun
    • Worsted weight
    • Colour shown: 1033 Black Sheep Heather
  • 5 mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
  • 3 stitch markers
  • Yarn needle
